Acknowledge
The grievance cell records the matter and routes it to the appropriate committee members.
Step 3
Review
The General Grievance Committee reviews facts and seeks resolution in a fair, time-bound manner.
Step 4
Close / escalate
Outcomes are communicated to the complainant. Escalation paths will be published with the formal policy.
